Saturday we were able to secure chairs and umbrellas before the poker run crowd; however we had to listen to the auctioneer for hours on the mic. There were flyers around the resort advertising Fireworks on Saturday at 10pm. No such event took place. I rented a pontoon boat for Saturday with pick up and drop off at the NASWA. Registration is $45.00 pre-event and $50.00 on event day and includes a buffet pass, an event shirt, a raffle ticket, and your chance to participate in the poker run. “We are honored and excited to once again be presenting the 19th HK Powersports Land & Lake Poker Run,” said Lisa Whalley, General Manager of HK Powersports of Laconia.

We will start the event at Meredith public docks and proceed from there to 4 other designated places (see schedule below), ending at final destination the NASWA Beach Bar at 5:30p.m.This is not a race and is intended for all interested boating enthusiasts to attend. You will be greeted by a representative who will hand out a playing card at each location which will be later used as a poker hand. The team with the best poker hand will be the designated winner and be awarded the grand prize. The entry fee will be $25.00 per vessel and include a free raffle ticket for prizes. Each entry fee will be totaled and given in full to the winning hand as the Grand Prize at the completion of the event (you must complete all 5 designated locations within the designated times to be eligible for the winning hand).
